The 2019 Yarden Brut Rosé is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Golan Heights Winery in Israel, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in high-elevation vineyards on the northern Golan Heights, the country's coolest wine region. The winery makes it with hand harvesting, whole cluster pressing and secondary fermentation in the bottle, then ages it for five years on tirage yeast. The winery's own notes describe strawberry, lemon, apple and red grapefruit, layered with mineral, flowers and toasted baguette, at 12% alcohol. A festive, elegant bottle for a simcha, a Yom Tov table, or a special Shabbos.
